My commitment is to provide compassionate, respectful care, blending scientific information with complementary/alternative therapies. My philosophy and approach are based on the acceptance of outcome-oriented conventional medicine, while recognizing that Western medicine and science sometimes can be limited by convention and group-think. I value the newly evolving field of integrative therapy and the power of mind-body dynamics to help you reach your highest level of health and success. With this in mind I believe patients should be carefully listened to, treated as partners in healthcare and encouraged to carefully explore options, so they know what they can do to reduce health risks and make healthy life-style choices.

Mary Herring has over 35 years experience as a Registered Nurse having worked in neonatal, pediatric and adult intensive care, cardiac rehabilitation, occupational health, health law as a nurse paralegal, and nursing education.
